You need two things:

• a logical network that is spanning large area, that will register moving nodes. The best would be the Denver LTG network. So you would need to first hack into Denver LTG master node. and then browse their record from last several hours to pickup the RFID frequency, once you got it, follow, triangulate. for the Denver area this would require test of Data Search + Browse (16, 30 seconds)(
• an RFID frequency of the tag he has implanted so you know what to look for in the Denver LTG archives

Loyalty 2 buys me a 'regular'. The relationship is all business, but contact at least treats the character with a modicum of respect, like regulars or favored clients. as written in book anyways.
