Sorry guys - think that I inadvertently removed a thread you guys were debating when trying to kill some spam. Will see what I can do to get it restored.

Not exactly sure "what" I did, but I can't even see the Topic any more. Have pinged FastJack in hopes that he can dig a little deeper.

I'm pretty sure I saw the offending post in question.

We've agreed on things in the past, but this is the first time our agreeing caused a thread to become annihilated like a matter-antimatter collision :D
RPG mechanics exist to give structure and consistency to the game world, true, but at the end of the day, you’re fighting dragons with algebra and random number generators.

Errata team deserves all the kudos they can get.

Not gonna lie, I'm gonna miss our vivisection of rules on the errata board.

You hitting gencon this year SSDR?
Did I already ask you that?

Yeah I didn't respond immediately... generally you should give some time before responding to something like that... but yes I was tempted to invoke your name as having done quite a lot of good for SR while mulling a potential rage-post in response.

Well, there's still the arguments in the public forums. :D

I am. I'm not arriving in time for the CDT meeting, but I'll be running all day Saturday.

Yeah but I have to put on my 6e rage face for the public forums (that's a joke!).

Hey I'd love to put a face to the name if your amenable.

I'll be at the 5e missions tables for most of the con.

can you ping me your email addy so I can add you as a friend on the gencon site?
thanks

Yeah, all I'm seeing in the logs is "Deleted - ID:29589", then a blank topic removed from the Forbidden Zone. If you guys have access to the Deep Resonance, we might be able to pull it back.

Hold on, that actually gave me an idea.

It was getting dangerously toxic anyway. Might be for the best it got nuked from orbit.

Which one was it? Not that it really matters. We have had a dozen or so relating to 6e, can always start another.

I think it was the Attributes E one, which had pretty well run it's course.

We'll have a dozen just like it in... 10 days?   Give or take.

We can give the Mods a week off.
