In 5e, the answer was 'no, because only 1 attack'. I have no idea about 6e. But it explicitly states now you activate the charge with a Minor Action, so if you can do Touch spells with gloved hands, then I'd argue yes. So for me the question is: Can you do Touch attacks with gloves. There is no restriction to it listed, and your aura isn't contained by your clothes. So I'd argue 'yes, you can.'

Well so far the only touch attack spell I can see is decrease attribute. I kind of think they wanted to ignore this until a supplement.

There are no close combat spells so I have no idea what that range category is supposed to be. I was thinking point blank area of effect spells but who knows.

Yeah, was thinking mostly about Shadow Grimoire, but Decrease Attribute seems like a good option right now. Turns what would have been a simple spell application into a stun dmg + Zap effect + attribute decrease in one. If you're targeting Agility or Rea with decrease, add the negative modifier from Zap, add any negative dice modifiers from dmg of stun gloves...could be a good time.
