They are for sure. I canīt say that Iīm 100% on board with everything about them
1 in 6th Edition, but they certainly can compete with hackers now without relying too much on sprites and diagnostics cheese like in 5th Edition.

really like the Technobabble Edge Action. That is some nice piece of Fluff

Would love to see a return of the Charisma-based Technomancer Streams and Paragons from 4th Edition (Networkers, Idoru...). Would be quite fitting if some of these offer a perk that interacts with Technobabble
1Personally, I would have preferred a redesign where complex forms play a bigger role and have a scope thatīs similar to mage spells in a High-Tec environment. In their current form, TMs are
a bit too similar to deckers for my taste. This might lead to some tedious number-chrunching discussions about balancing etc. But hey, itīs
still a huge improvement, and thereīs still a lot of room for cool stuff in the future!
