So, if a Technomancer is running cold sim and gets hit with black IC, does she take double stun damage? Once for the matrix damage and once for the biofeedback?
RPG mechanics exist to give structure and consistency to the game world, true, but at the end of the day, you’re fighting dragons with algebra and random number generators.
Just because I need to keep probing, the technomancer would resist the matrix damage with firewall and the biofeedback with willpower, right? With possible a possible bonus for a NeuroFilter echo.

True. I keep forgetting that.(and following that thought - the assigned resonance points would of course only help against matrix damage, not biofeedback damage)
