You just loaded BlackHammer, but never used it, and the spirte already finished one hacker with his electron storm. He is top priority for now.
IC can have multiple subscriptions by my thinking, but since that would make them more voulnerable (unable to defend effectively if engaged in combat at two fronts) they are not doing so and logging on/off instead.
