Sam is reasonable, and he thinks she is important, and a living hostage is better then a dead one. Point blank while subdued, hat would be a kill for sure, considering her damage already.

because it has 4 dice on short range attack (having three dices into damge) - Tina is in medium driving it down to 3, upgrading the damage to +4 makes it down to 2. it gets +2 per IP, so +6 per CT, so at least 4CT

Doubt the drone will ever have the time to fulfill this order, Omar should be faster to call another order to it, so doubt Sam is in big danger to be gunned down by the Doberman.

BTW...Omar has no idea what happened to his drones, he was in dumpshock and heasnt seen any log yet, so there is no way he knows the drone is spoofed. He just wants the drone to act as a obedient doggie and get to his master, so it canprotect him when he is walking around...

you don't need satelite uplink to access matrix.
as soon as you move out from the jamming zone, you can reconnect - there is a wifi router implanted in the street asphalt every 10 meters.

What the agents did in the past few seconds was to crash all nodes having video recording capabilities, but they left the routers intact.

I need to think a little on that - they do have a dogbrain, but I don't know if they were configured to be voice directed, especially since you're a rigger and base on wifi remote control

Well:
1) Ive spent a month or so with them and only them alone...who do you think I would talk else but my dogs.
2) It is safe to suppose that security drones are equiped with audio sensors and may be commanded this way, for cases the serve with non-riggers and also for instance in radio silence situations. Well this things are not covered in books IMO, and Ive never thought about them before, I admit. So I didnt post anything on this topic before. Still, it depends on your decision  no exlosions this time, I promise.
3) Drones eventually have also some kind of Deadlock EDIT: Killswitch is the right wordnot to attack their master. But once again, we are talking about general principles here, not RAW
