That's quite good for a first character. Most of my suggestions are fairly minor tweaks.
Automatics 6 is only 4 more bp now, but it's 12 karma later. I would drop the two specializations you have, and get Automatics 6 now, then you can buy the specializations for only 2 karma each.
You might think about Stealth 1 or Stealth 2 rather than separately buying Infiltration and Shadowing; Palming is handy for sneaking guns in, and Disguise is nice to have sometimes.
You are really, really bad at Armorer and are IMO better off just having a contact with it. 3 dice is just asking for crit glitches.
Computer and Data Search can be done better by an agent; check the link in my sig and look at the Paranormal Detective for a relatively cheap and simple comm setup that will handle basics like that for you.
I would really try to get Unarmed 4 rather than 3; it's only 4 more bp now but 8 karma later. Same goes for the 4th point in Athletics; I'm not sure Outdoors is really worth the extra effort for but if you ever plan to get the 4th point, try to get it now.
Cybereyes and Cyberears are a shaky investment - you can just wear glasses/goggles, contacts, and earbuds. Yeah, they can't be taken away from you, but is it really worth all that cash and essence?
I would highly recommend ditching the very pricey Synaptic Boosters and instead getting yourself Wired Reflexes and Reaction Enhancers (both rating 2). If your GM allows the Reaction boost from Suprathyroid Gland to stack with those, you can even cut a point of Reaction and still be at your augmented maximum.
Right now, you are getting hurt by being human - you could be an ork, and save yourself 10 points, and also net free Low-Light Vision and +1 strength while not losing anything. You could go for Edge 6 to get some benefit out of being human, instead.
Do you have your armor and weapons figured out already, or can we play Pretty Princess Shadowrun Dressup?
