Dwarves and Trolls are such a small part of the population that it's darn hard to be a Runner... You're chasing a masked Dwarf, he ducks into a bar, you walk in with a badge, pull rank ... and see that there are only two Dwarves in the place, one of which is a gal... well, kinda easy to know who to arrest.
That said, there are a few out there, just not memorable enough to be in Street Legends.
Mind you, I have ideas for a Dwarven Mafia plotline.
Then again, I also have somewhere in storage a Troll (Giant) variant who played Sif on a Scandanavian TV show about Thor. After the WInternight thing, the show was closed down and they were left looking for work. She wound up moving to Seattle and opening a REALLY Big and Tall shop that caters to a Troll clientel. Everybody is welcome, of course, with Orks shopping in the "Children" section.
Good for meets with Johnson, too, if only for the image of the big team muscle people sitting in chairs, swinging their feet and never touching the ground.
