Thunderhead speaks telepathically to his pack-mate Spirit Wolf: "Attack the infested one! The spirit threatens the entire pack! Do not permanently harm him, as the vessel is still our pack-mate! GO!!!"

[OOC: The spirit is instructed to attack Zach using non-lethal (stun) methods.]

Max plants his paws firmly on the ground, and growls menacingly at the spirit. He does not attack, instead keeping close to Thunderhead to protect him if necessary.

[OOC: Scatter for aerodynamic grenade: (2d6=7).  -1 penalty on throw doesn't change anything.  That's 3 hits, and it's -2m/hit so it's 1m away from Zach who is 9m from Brick.  direction: (1d6=1).  So grenade ends up 10m from Brick and 1m from Zach. 6m from Max and 8m from Thunder.  Grenade (little orange dot) goes off next IP.  Doesn't Thunder have a third IP?  Well if so act and everyone roll initiative.]

Brick swats at the grenade as fast as he can and tosses it back hoping he's outside the blast radius.  The grenade is subscribed to his PAN and registers to be 11m away...now just to not get blinded by the flash. [OOC: make a Reaction + Intuition (3) roll to look away.  If you fail you get -4 for 1 CT, -2 with glarecomp.]

Thunderhead curses softly, wishing that his vicious spirit wolf was able to understand concepts of "mercy" and "temperance". Ah well, his Dark Queen sent the pack-mate to kill and maim, not coddle.

Thunderhead instantly severs the shimmering link binding the spirit wolf to this world, giving a respectful "WOOF" as the spirit returns to the metaplanes.

Time seems to slow down as Thunderhead finds himself once again before his Dark Queen. Merciless and cold, she is unaccustomed to providing "humane" solutions to human problems. She smiles as the answer comes to her.

A lumbering brown bear appears from behind a tree, its shimmering fur sticking up in strange directions. It appears to have just been awakened from its hibernation. Its breath is so strong that there are actually tendrils of smoke coming from its mouth. It sleepily looks over at Zach, and yawns. The plume of its breath smells terribly, terribly bad.

[OOC: Thunderhead summons a force 5 beast spirit with Noxious Breath]
