Nikolai could be your contact to buy quickly a stock pieces of weapons - he will point you to his various henchmans for details and delivery, but will be your main point of contact. The underlings change quite often (read they got their balls cut off) so no point in tracking them. Buying above 12 availability guns or customized guns goes under normal fencing rules.

The lady's in question is Gail Fjordson a wife of the Erik Fjordson. Sweedish origin.
