Looks good.

I'd suggest getting earbuds, even basic ones will let you hands-free receive calls on your comlink. You could also put Audio Enhancement on them to get a bonus to hearing related perception checks. Some AR gloves to control your 'link is also nice.

No reason to bother with a license for your rifle, it's Forbidden, so if you get caught with it no license in the world makes it legal for a civilian to own it. Given it's legality, you might want to add a sound suppressor to it and a recoil pad with the money you saved.

Reflex Recorder is combat and physical only; you can't get it for Influence.

Mystic Armor is overpriced; you're almost certainly better off with Improved Reflexes 2 instead. +1 Reaction is worth more than +2 armor, and you also get an extra IP for free. Combat Sense 2 is at least justifiable as an alternative but I'd rather have +1 Ini, +1 defense pool, +1 IP than +2 defense pool (but either beats +2 armor).

Took your advice and dropped mystic armor 2 and grabbed improved reflexes 2.  Also dropped the reflex recorder, wasnt aware it was only for combat/physical skills only, and I grabbed nmemonic enhancer 2. 

I also took earbuds rating 3 with audio enhancer 3, select sound fliter 3 and spacial recognizer.

I also dropped automatic weapons from 6 to 4 and grabbed pilot ground craft 1 with spec in bikes and added specialty ranged to dodge.  Also changed my automatic rifle from the Ares Alpha to a heavily modified AK 97.  Tosses some mods into it to add a bit of RP value namely weapon commlink and weapon personality (named Joan d'Arc).
