3) Tactics: Standard reinforced mech infantry squad tactics. Two fireteams, a leader, and a support weapon (drone). The vehicle will also provide overwatch/heavy weapon support. Depending on who's doctrine is being used there will be one or two people in the vehicle. If two the second is either squad leader or assistant squad leader. The certain one is a rigger: vehicle and drone.

4) Who's fighting? There are some downed bodies in the parking lot. There's a barrier of some sort across the doorway and a few people shooting from it. You want more details you'll need to take an appropriate action to examine the situation.
