Umm, you mean a medicine like a drug, that is a substance being a result of chemical process, or you mean a medicine like a science subject, that is a body of knowledge including theory and practice of removing effects of diseases or other life threatening conditions of metahumans in the assumption you don't include a subtopic of veterinary, or you mean experience with Medicine as a previous relations with someone who have a nickname of Medicine?
