The core issue is "you have too many skills that have no real value to you."

Specifically:

You have 3 different ways of rolling agility+skill to inflict melee damage. Pick one. Any of them are fine. All three is silly.

5 skill is bad. Get 6, or overpay later with karma.

You're not good enough with Hardware to do anything with maglocks. You do have the passkey/sequencer. Either get good enough with Hardware, and drop the passkey/sequencer, or drop the hardware.

Dodge 1? First, you have melee skills and gymnastics, so you don't need Dodge at all. Second, 1 won't help you.

Exotic Ranged: Grapple Gun - let's be serious, this is for silly.

Cyber eyes are, in general, an iffy purchase. Consider just getting goggles/contacts.

It is really not worth blowing Restricted Gear to start with that gun. Buy it during gameplay. It's not even that great, it has a really, really specific niche but you also want a proper gun for the rest of the time in any case.

You have to tie fake licenses to sins. You have more copies of licenses than you have sins.

You have a lot of specializations. Those are cheaper to buy with karma than with BP; think about getting some of them later instead.

In a lot of ways (including the name) this character is similar to the Ghost archetype in my sig; you might want to take a look for ideas (and guns) to use.

Yeah, I think the skill for the grapple gun is silly too, but that one is a case of wanting to "cover my butt" just in case I'm required to make an "attack roll" to seat the hook.

I have been tempted to drop a few things here and there to free up some points for a reflex recorder or two. The Dodge though can help once in melee since Gymnastics is usable only on full defense.

For a standard defense you can use Unarmed Combat + Reaction, for full you can use Gymnastics + Unarmed Combat + Reaction or Unarmed Combat * 2 + Reaction.

I recommend dropping Clubs and Monowhip and just sticking with Unarmed Combat. With Shock Frills or Shock Gloves you can still be very effective.

Other than that, I've got to agree with what Umaro said. Specializations are wasted resources at CC. To take it further, all the skills you have at 1, I would reconsider. 4 BP are worth roughly 8 Karma while picking up a 1 in a skill after CC is only 4 karma. I recommend ditching most of the ones and upping your key skills to 4 for the most part. Going from a 2 or 3 defaulting to a 4 or 5 is going to mean an average of one hit. In these cases just make sure you're working as a team on thing (team work bonuses work wonders).

Here's some tweaks made so far. Didn't really want to ditch the mono whip for the whole "style" thing, but after thinking about just how illegal it is, I figured it wouldn't hurt that much. The extra licenses were hard to let go too, but maybe it wasn't such a good idea to have fake licenses attached to the real SIN as well as the fake ones.

Yeah, the unarmed skill actually was a holdover from when I had titanium bone lacing in there, but it was removed because the GM doesn't like titanium bone lacing and will make your life difficult for taking it. The most recent alteration has the shock gloves in there, though it is tempting to rework entirely and go for bone density. Not like it'd help to put MAD scanners on every friggin door for that one :)

Punching people without using Shock Gloves is for very, very specific types of adepts and for silly. The draw of Unarmed for everyone else is threefold: shock gloves, passive melee defense all the time, and Subdue.

Even if you take Bone Density, I still recommend carrying shock gloves. They deal stun damage, halve impact armor, and can be modded with personalized grip to give you +1 DP on your melee combat rolls (note that it doesn't say attack rolls). Another route you can always go with is another suit of armor with shock frills. You've got a good stealth skill, so you could always benefit from a Chameleon Suit (I actually recommend one of the other full body suits with the Ruthenium Polymer Coating modification), which would let you sneak up and zap people out very effectively.

You can't do it directly.
Select print, select "txt", save.
Open the file in your browser. Copy it.

You can save that into a post here, or into a text editor, or whatever you're intending to do.
