Records On Fire: I was thinking of this one but I'm not sure. I figure my corporation would know I exist but I can't imagine them keeping extensive information on every employee.
With Records on File, the records in question don't need to be that extensive. Were you born in the corp hospital? If so then the quality should apply.
As A4BG says, they don't have to be an NSA dossier, just a recent copy of your vital information.
A modern Driver's License (or Non-Driver Identification Card) has your Name, Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Height, Weight, Eye-Color, and Hair-Color on it, which would qualify you for Records on File. I imagine a SIN issued by a Megacorp to give someone Corporate Citizenship would require gathering at
least that much information on it, as well as probably blood-type, if not DNA sequence, retinal patterns, and fingerprints.
