Not entirely positive that they'd be up to giving up control of the vehicle to the A.I. though. Some people are paranoid.

to be honest, I'd rather just skip over the gathering period.  We all know everyone is going to arrive.  But who knows, someone may screw up somehow.

Then just go on ahead, and if they didn't wanna give the A.I. vehicle control, they'll have to wait until someone who is present contacts them to let them know what's discovered.

Yeah, that's what he meant, but it's more for the ones that aren't there yet. 3BB, Wyrmtongue, Sugoi and the cat drone (when it gets turned back on) are all there already.
