Spending about 20 minutes combing through the 'Trix, Neko-tan manages to find some useful intel on Zipper.  The first bit being the Zipper is a hacker, and the second bit being that Zipper frequents a hacker bar called Cathode Glow.

While he's doing this, he also attempts to hack into local shipping networks, looking for any shipments of drones or tool kits.  Unfortunately, it seems that with his attention divided, his efforts were unsuccessful.  Failing this, he looks up any shops that sell tool kits, finding several in Aurora Village, including a Microdeck, DeGear's Electronics, and the like.
