>>>>>[I'm sure your Grandfather knows more than one dojo in the area where you could do some training, Card. And there's nothing wrong with wanting to be in a good fight, especially when the other side are some Humanis drekheads. But it looked like you and Autumn were busy, and those three wouldn't have had any fun if there were more people. They wouldn't even let me or Xerena in on it.

Anyways, we're on the road, now in Snowdonia, before heading to the other Tir tomorrow. No, you're not getting any details from me about our stay in Spain or Paris. If Xerena wants to talk what happened, she will.]<<<<<

>>>>>[If you meant staying on my good behavior by peace-bonding, than yeah, I kinda slipped up a few times but that didn't seem to bother most people. So I'll call it "Mission accomplished!". It's just so damn hard to keep a straight face at something I honestly find hilarious like a wedding. No offense to our two lovebirds, of course! Hahaha!

We'll I'm glad you liked the bachelor party! I'm pretty good at almost everything I enterprise but there are two things I do better than most! Killing people and making a party! So when I say it's going to be a killer party, it'll be both quite literally and figuratively! Hahaha! And something tells your brother won't be eager to repeat the experience of going to a party I organized! Hehe!

Oh and those humanis thugs won't be bothering anyone else... Ever again! Doc wagon won't be able to patch them up this time.

Now I gotta go! The fun most go on! Gotta big job coming up soon so I have every intent of using what's left my precious time off to its full extent!

I'll catch you all on the flip side! Hahaha!]<<<<<

>>>>>[Like Wyrm said, you're still small time. And with that attitude, you'll stay small time, or you'll get killed the first time someone decides sending a spirit of fire your way would amuse them. Explosions encourage people to find you and make an example of you, if only because collateral damage is bad for business. Dealing with gangers and Barrens rats isn't the same as dealing with Yaks and corpsec, and it damn sure isn't the same as dealing with military or spec-ops. You want to teach people not to mess with you, the first thing you do is learn restraint. A nutjob who loves the fire and explosions is easy to take out or set up. A professional who picks his targets, and minimizes the collateral damage is harder to set up, and more likely to not get a hit put on him in the first place. Smiley makes an art out of vengeance. Me, I make the objects of my revenge into art. Wyrmy plays hell with them on the Matrix. The point is that we don't do random violence. We do good work, that makes people want to keep hiring us, and the people who cross us suffer very direct, very precise reprisals that send a very clear message about what they shouldn't have done.

Whether it is with my spells or my blade, people have learned that it is... unwise to try and cross me. However, as Wyrmy says, that does not make me invulnerable. I've had several hospital stays due to situations where someone did their best effort to kill me, having to get limbs replaced on more than one occasion. And I'm one of the lucky ones, since so far no one's wanted me dead enough to hire the professionals like Smiley to come after me. And I've never appeared on any 'most wanted' lists, either. The main reason for that is because I don't cause wanton death and destruction. Means the number of next of kin who have an urge to see me dead is much lower.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Nope! But I could use a ghoul though! I'll be in touch!

Meh! Cut the green some slack! I was quick on doing stupid drek too once... No not really now that I think of it... Hahaha!

Hey! This young Firebug fella reminds me of a wetwork artist I took out once. Damn it's been ages now, I was still working for The Mysterious Man at that time. He was an explosive specialist and a pretty good one I dare say. His designs were masterful! Anyway, I was asked to take him out because, well as The Mysterious Man put it, he was giving the profession a bad name... and a little too much heat on all of us. I was still experimenting at that time. Finding different ways and approaches to kill someone and get away with it. Making people kill themselves was a favorite of mine in those years. I tried something similar with that one too.

I did my homework on the guy, stalked him for about two weeks to know him better, you know the usual before a job. I discovered where his hideout was and when he wasn't around. I waited for him to leave then I broke in. I searched and found his cache of explosives. I rewired a little his timed detonators (so that if the timer was armed, it actually detonates) then carefully placed them back where I found them. When I was done, I exited the place and left my business card stapled to the door with a knife. When the guy got back and saw my card he started to panic. I wasn't known for using explosives at all, it was close and personal most of the time. He carefully entered his home and saw that I wasn't there. He packed his important stuff then proceeded to do what many of us in the shadows has a habit of doing before going underground, to erase traces of his passage there. He took a little bit of his explosives, connected a timer but forgot to verify them in his panic. When he tried to arm the timer the whole place went in magnificent flames. Hahaha! Good old times!]<<<<<

>>>>>[Not so much on the funny stories, my early early days were spent doing things so hush hush that I'm not even allowed to remember them. But once i actually started running the shadows for myself, i remember one time we were sent in after an item and had to do it with no evidence being left behind. This was a bit of a hassle for our group being as we were a bit big on the firepower at the time. Someone gets the bright idea to get some splash grenades with DMSO/Gamma Scopalamine and some squirt guns from a major toy distributor who shall remain nameless that were loaded with the same thing. Then we looped the vid feed and went in after the item. Come in through the basement and there are 3 doors, one is upstairs, second is the elevators and the third goes into a room that we know nothing about. Mage gets the bright idea to go astral and stick his head in because he's to impatient to wait for the tech wiz/B&E expert to open the door the old fashioned way. What we didn't know and the Mage and the Close Combat expert found out the hard way was that the room was being used as the kennel for the security animals. I swear, when the Barghest let out that howl when the mage stuck his head through the door both the mage and the CC expert wet themselves and took off, one astral the other physically. Luckily about that time the B&E guy got the door open and i was able to toss in a splash grenade and knock them all out.]<<<<<
