          Every runner who's ever come out of a corp has either had people gunning for them regularly, or else the shadows watch them like hawks; usually both.  It's usually a clear case of 'runner doesn't take their orders any more', and definitely a matter of 'corp no longer likes them'.  You don't have that; you still have plenty of ties.
          In regards to having a chip about the Tir -- no, no more than any other suppressive, prejudiced government, of which there are plenty.  My problem is usually with people who think those were, or are, great.  Burning people like that is a hobby and a habit, but by no means is that my life's work.  You'd want Uhuru for that one.
