Here is the bio data

There's a reason why the special forces of the elven nation of Tir Tairngire are called Ghosts; they are the masters of covert operations and have broken into some of the most secure areas on the planet undetected. And ever since he can remember, the man who would become Owain Staddam had pushed himself to become one of their number, overcoming numerous obstacles, including prejudice against his less than perfect medical history, to finally be inducted into the program.

Midway through, however, it became clear one of the recruits was leaking information to Renraku Corporation. Somehow, enough evidence accumulated against Owain that he was due to be arrested; he received an anonymous message warning him of the situation and bugged out of Tir, using his training to its fullest to cross the border and escape to Seattle. He promptly acquired a false identity and went underground. Since then, he has been working to build the necessary contacts and resources to find out who framed him and deliver proper Ghost justice.

Well me and my GM talked about what this 5 point enemy would be:

Basicaly there is someone(s) who framed me, that made me need to get out of Tir in a hurry.  I do not know whom (and want to find out to clear my name).  As long as I stay out of Tir (and stay under the radar), They are willing to consider me dead.  However, there is a warrant out for me in Tir as a deserter (convicted) and traitor (trial pending).  So in Tir I am kind of screwed.   Basicaly it is a form of exile, where the answers I want will involve me breaking the exile...

Went AWOL during TRAINING, early part of training for that matter.  We figure that they probably have large numbers of wash outs, and that I would not be so dangerous to them that it is worth pursuing after outside of their borders.

Character is already in play, I suspect (I DO NOT KNOW) but I think my character was a conveinent fall guy for something else...
