Well its a very basic of idea of what happens when a rigger falls in love with an AI. To bring the male or female AI in the world to be with them with a highly advanced drone body that looks humans to the point you can't tell its not with out looking really hard.

So far thinking there are 3 things that could happen
1. The rigger works for some mega corp and they now want to take his love to experiment on her and he is paying the team to try to get her out.
2. When the AI gets its new body he goes insane and now starts killing people.
3. The rigger get kidnapped and the AI now brings in the team to find him or her.

Thats what I have so far any one got any idea were to go from here ?

Reverse the situation

The AI is in love with NPC and wants to interact with them on a more 'personal' level.

Now, it's the AI hiring the runners to get a body for it. (and paying for the runs with money it has stolen from corp bank accounts)

To smuggle the AI out from where it is.

To get it close to the NPC.

Now the questions become:

A) what does the corp do when it finds out capital is missing?
B) where do the runners get the 'body' for the AI? Is it a totally mechanical job? Or a heavily cybered meat puppet the AI wants to control?
C) what do the runners do when they find out who/what their employer is and what It plans to do?
D) How does the NPC react to the affections of the AI?? And how does that reaction affect the AI?

So many questions, plot turns, morality issues If your creative you could spin an entire series of adventures around the concept (I know I did in my game:D )

hey these are both good ideas

but answering the first, I would go with 1 or 3. Have the relation have some quirks though.
