Well, my character has been sent to scarecrowtrobot@gmail.com as requested (hopefully, that wasn't a typo and the address wasn't really scarecrowrobot@gmail.com, without the t).

Reading up on the IC thread, I realize he will surely be oddly well adjusted for the task, and given this character has a passion for combing the news about interesting or unusual criminal cases, he might already be investigating the copycat Cutter on his own.

Ok, I'm still really ill.  I have been online for brief spurts over the last few days, but not long enough to actually do anything.  I feel much better today than I have in about a week, so I'm hoping to have enough energy to get a GM post up.

DiscoDwarf, I did get your character but haven't been able to review it due to being ill.  I hope to get that done today or tomorrow.

Again, I apologize for not getting a GM post up recently, and hope to get that accomplished soon.
