As title states, I'm looking for some feedback on a Speaker's Way adept. Concept is a High-Stakes negotiator in-training, that rigs his deals himself through Front-door infiltration and other forms of social engineering, augmented by the disguise abilities and ostensibly changing Gender whenever needed.

Outside of Emotisofts (which are rightly banned in many games), the only major improvement I can see is taking an implanted Sim Module/Datajack so you can make use of Lingua/Knowsofts (and possibly a second commlink to run them, if you take the better Sim Mod option), to aid in infiltration (faking scientific knowledge and Russian language when infiltrating a Siberian lab).

Depending on how long-running your game might be, you might want to pick Invisible Way instead of Speaker's Way for Face/Disguise/Infiltration characters.
On the short run, Speaker's discount on your most PP-costly power (Kinesics) obviously gets you more than Invisible Way.
But comparing the BP's you pay for the Quality compared to the PP's you save/gain from it, it's barely worth it.

In the long run, after spending karma to grab a few more PP's, Invisible Way will get you pretty much the same discount in total as you pick up more disguise powers (imo, you want to try working towards Master of 1000 Faces, SG 164; maybe drop some Cool Resolve towards grabbing more of the disguise powers?) but also open the way to the very good Unseen Hands power.
In addition, Invisible Way's +1's to Masking is more useful for Disguise/Infiltration than the Speaker's +1 to Cognition.

Of course, that's a matter of how you want to play the character. Considering you only got Etiquette 1, I might have the wrong idea of your infiltration style... Hard to fit in with a crowd if you don't know how to act like you're one of 'em. Though that might again be a reason to get Invisible Way instead: more "staying out of the spotlight" with Unseen Hands.

Oh, items:
- Get a Taser (Defiance EX is recommended) to have a legal to carry weapon into places that won't really raise suspicion when discovered (and doesn't make loud noises when used).
- Get Easy Breakdown on the Morrisey Elan. Ceramic/Plasteel Components 3 will give you a very false sense of security, right up until the moment you get jumped by guards because the cyberware scanner doesn't care what your gun is made of. Break your gun down into some pieces of jewelry and other random small items and you'll get past both metal- and weapon/cyberware-scanners.

Body 2 and Willpower 2 are for briefly living on the edge. Getting those up to 3 each would provide you with an extra box for your physical and stun damage tracks. Even more important is the additional armor than a higher level Body would allow you to wear. Right now you have your form-fitting + PPP that comes out to 7/5. With a Body of 2, you'll only be rolling 3 successes on average to soak ballistics damage. Don't get shot.

Your skills are a curious mix. The proper combination is dependent on your game at your table, so by all means tailor it to your GM and fellow players. You've maxed out Negotiation, which is great, but how many times does it come up in the average game? Approximately once, when the character is lobbying for more money from the Johnson, or maybe a second time if they group is trying to buy something from or sell something to their fixer. Useful, sure, but it's soaking up a lot of points. Given your background - "high-stakes negotiator in-training" - it might make sense to drop Negotiation down to 4. If your aim is for front-door infiltration, putting the points into Con instead might better fit your goals. After all, it's cheaper to con people than it is to bribe them. Maybe you're intending to Commanding Voice people into submission. If that's your plan, remember that the effect is extremely short-lived.

You have white phosphorus grenades but no Throwing Weapons skill. Don't glitch.

Cool Resolve is a good power from a color perspective, but how often is a player the target/defender in a social exchange? Not nearly as often as they are the acting character. Again, this could be more useful at your table than at mine, but you've put a lot of your scarce power points into it.

Under your adept powers you have "Improved Sense: Audio Enhancement 3". I'm not sure if the 3 is a typo or if you're confusing the power with Enhanced Perception. It looks like you only spent 0.25 PP on it so maybe you did mean Improved Sense, but in that case the 3 isn't applicable. If you wanted to add 3 dice to your hearing tests - which might be what you're going for because I don't see any earbuds listed in your gear - check out Enhanced Perception instead. And buy earbuds anyway.

Speaking of gear, it looks like you have a good selection of B&E toys. Don't forget to buy an autopicker, just so you don't get stumped by an olde timey locke.

Personally, I would not approve Addition (Betel) as a valid negative quality. And, per SR4A, I would definitely disallow Codeblock. ("Gamemasters should not allow non-hackers to apply Codeblock towards hacking actions that they are never likely to take.")

No contacts? How did someone who is so obviously social manage to get through life with no contacts? Sad.

Thanks for the feedback, caught a couple things I missed.

@Xzylvador: I see what you're saying about the Unseen way, and it took a good long debate on my end. Ultimately, I decided that the character would end up, down the line, spending more time talking than he would infiltrating all the things. Essentially, the character's endstate would be the guy Ares or Big A pulls in to negotiate macro-political things for them, instead of the Runner they snatch up to go datasteal something from the Antarctic stronghold of S-K. I'm not saying that Unseen way is bad, mind you, just not quite what I had in mind for the character. Also, good catch on the Morrisey and Easy Breakdown, as well as the Taser.

@Tecumseh: Noted on all points. Although, for the Audio Enhancement 3 Adept power, it's a bit of a "how you interpret the wording"  thing. Also, WP does "Cleanup" better than C-squared ever could :D

@Foolofsound: Not enough Essence, and I don't have enough "swing" nuyen to alphaware one of the bigger ticket pieces I already have to make room.

[Edit] Also, This is using the Cha x2 as contact points post-gen optional rule.
