Codeslinger has to be for a specific matrix action. Hack on the Fly is a common choice.
You have a bunch of skills at 2. I would consider doing a bit of shuffling for karma efficiency, eg, instead of Pistols 2, EW 2, Cybercombat 2 I would think about having one at 4 and the others at 1, which will leave you better off long-term.
Because of how Stun boxes round, odd Willpower is better than even. I would think about -1 Willpower, +1 Intuition.
Again, thinking long-term, having averagey stats is bad for karma efficiency. I might similarly suggest -1 Agility, +1 Reaction.
Photographic Memory is not a very good quality; the bonus it gives is extremely situational. I would suggest dropping it for more stats or skills or something.
Programs: because of how pricing works, rating 4 programs are not a good idea. If you want a "basic" program, get 3. If you want a good program, get 5 (or 6, and just run it at 5 until you can upgrade). As for what programs you need: everyone runs the matrix a little differently. Check the Combat Hacker in the first link of my sig for my recommendations. I am not a fan of cyercombat, but if you want Armor/Attack/Blackhammer, go for it.
I'm not a big fan of cybereyes either, but if you do want them, I recommend getting Eye Light System as it's useful and can't go in eyewear, whereas the other stuff you have can.
