No . . . no . . . no.
While J.J. Abrams himself may be - and probably is - far from the worst choice of directors*, the idea of Disney doing any Star Wars films is, IMO, a disaster of astronomical proportions. There were reasons why Tolkien specified that Disney was to have no part in any film(s) based on his works, and I believe that should carry across to anything else with a similarly wide fanbase. Disney's film-making ethos is just too far away from what would make more SW films worthwhile. Again, IMO.
* I shudder to think of Tarantino or Michael Bay set loose on SW.
