Alright, question,

What I would like to do is get some skates from  the back of run faster. Would I use Pilot Ground Craft for them? Or perhaps the rules from Arsenal where they increase my speed by 1/2, and I roll Reaction + Agility to stay up? Perhaps they are motorized?

Beyond that, and  if I could use the last 25k for "parts" to mod up the vehical I'm driving, that owuld be great.

Again, much like Gilga, your car has 1/3 of 17 days of work. Whatever you do for car #2 will be replicated on car #3.

My thought is that all of the cars can be modded and if a car needs down time then there have been times when 1 car out is the norm and team #2 can leave the car at base and use car #3 etc etc etc.

Just so everyone knows... I am NPCing #3 and #6.. #3 is important as she is the leader of team 3.

As per the flavour text I added (from the point of view of Number 2) the team uses numbers in comms - even in secure comms.

Sorry - that's a general Yes. Skates (Good) are 100Y and I think that's what you'll pay. I'll bow to the Arsenal rule. You cannot drive manually in the skates. (but I think you're rigged, right?)

They do not accept phone calls, there are no phone conversations in the salon, smart phones are allowed but use is restricted to closed off booths where the glass is smoked so that you cannot be seen - or see out.
