in response to Reaver, I agree with you about doing stuff in baby steps and have planned to do a campaign starting in the redmond barrens as they only patrol touristville if i have read seattle 2072 correctly. and will introduce things gradually and on a very minute scale to begin with.
Jamesfirecat : i enjoyed reading your post, i thought it could be something to include one day if my players slip up but try and make it jovial and fun lol
