On the Tacnet case, I think I don't even have the Software, so I was thinking alogn the lines of the riggers or hackers will provide one.

I'm all for a centralized tacnet provided by the one who can do it best.

for the grenades, if 4 are provided I take:
1 HE
1 White Phosphorous
1 Petite Brume
1 Cluster Grenade


And can I get that HMG without Safe Target system and the Gyrostabilizer Harness?
The Safe target system prevents me from shooting at anything if pointing anywhere near a teammate, but does nothing usefull. (although we have a mark74- smartlink which would be made obsolete by this)
The Harness is for mere humans who are not able to achieve physical stats to carry a heavy weapon and makes it a matter of minutes to pick up the weapon.
It does provide RC, but I got an inbuilt Gyro, whith which it doesn't stack.

Basically both of these mods make it way less usable and since this is the only Heavy weapon I get, which is my primary field of operation and you kinda told us it was specifically worked out for me,
I'm asking to get rid of these 2 mods which complicate things but don't do any good for my character,but seriously hinder him.

IMO Safe targetting system is under shooters controll, can be turned off. While I understands duplicity. About  the harness...does it mean that if you got hit, someone else would be able to use that weapon?

Actually you might just try requisition one on your own, or ask if you can hold it if the situationa rises, that I want to use my shotgun.

The harness takes 5 minutes(iirc) to strap on and then you can use it.
If you have body and strength 8 you can just ditch the harness and use it without, just pick it up, point and pull the electronic trigger.

Provided you dont have the heavy weapons skill you use Agility -1.

If that safe target system can be disabled it's fine by me.
If that gyro harness is foldable and must not be used it'ld be fine by me too.

Since the weapon has SA and BF capabilities, you can probably just brace it anywhere you like and shot it in burst mode, should there be no Harness available, or no time.

Hey, I dont want it for myself, Im packing the less weight possible, even sweating in this environment can kill a man. I was talking about anyone else being able to use the weapon (IMO at least one other team member is "Heavy weapons able") but those 5 minutes sucks for such case...:P

My intent is to remain with the plane that I fly out there (probably the passenger one) and maintain it as base of ops to provide both a fall-back point and a centralized command post in case any sort of splitting up is necessary.

I couldnt recall off hand if you had the gun arm mount or not. But the gyro harness is detachable so you can leave it off or put it on the chopper, If A4BG gets bored he can suit up with the gyro mount and yank the tail vindicator to help out :). Otherwise the safe target system works with your Mk. 74s otherwise the mk 74 would just be a useless visual mod.

If it comes down to needing to get the others out of the fire quick, I'll just swoop in with the plane. Speaking of which, if it's at all possible for it to be switched out quickly enough, having a couple of Vanquisher auto-cannons (Arsenal page 124) instead of two of the missile launchers on the plane could help matters (though it'd make more sense as well than having all the weapons be missiles).

the mark 74 is a special mod that makes suppressing fire not hitfriends with a special something that works within centimeters.
the safe target system locks the trigger whenever pointing inside of a 3meter distance to a teammate.

Thus the safe weapon system disables suppressive fire in the general area of teammates and the mark 74 will not activate.

If the safe weapons system can be  disabled, everything works fine, if not the mark 74 only works with weapons that do not have a safe target system.

(You can not shoot into a melee fight with a safe weapon and you can't shoot from the 2nd row, I think you can shoot if standing back to back although raw your line of fire would be inside a 3m radius from your teammate.)

The cyber gyro mount was one of the cyberitems that were changed between the different versions, so yes I do have it.

Also I updated my character  with the new weapon and the switched negative quality.

The safe target system is a physical mechinism to bar the trigger mechanism, the mk 74 works on that mechinism but is much more precise and would overwrite the normal safe target system`s protocols. I dont know how other gms handle the mk 74 but I cant see it working without it having some channel of manipulation to work through, so that is how it works in my game.

The Lead TR has a concealed auto cannon, I considered arming them with additional cannons but went for more traditional gunship armaments. Air to ground rockets and air intercept missiles.

IMO Mar 74 allow military sniper to shoot the vilain who is taking hostage as a shield, but wont allow to shoot at team member. The weapon IMO mastered by Smartgun modification, and even more when we talk about Electronic firing system. Not that this is really important discussion... Since rules are abstract and says enought to just follow with description...IMO

quick question:
Do I sweat? I'm full cyborg/metal so without chemical glands I shouldn't.
Also I know it will still be really necessary to hydrate, but Do I need to lubricate my nonexistent skin and similiar stuff?

I'm going over this ingame, with my TriSeq Doc Contact, so my Character should know.
