Based on her Outbox the guards are not being told when the delivery is set to arrive, not yet any way.
This is obvious due to her sending email after email to the delivery subsidiary Rook Packages, that Aztechnology is using, but not receiving any replies.

"Not much thus far, still looking.  The guards are apparently not being given details on the time of the delivery - do have the name of the subsidiary handling that, though; Rook Packages."  Looking to get a little more information, Sergei decided to try putting a sprite together to take care of it for him - and grit his teeth as a sharp pain hit him with the Fading.  Still, it worked, as a sprite resembling a bike messenger appeared before him - though he had the sense he wouldn't get much out of this one.

"If they're similarly uninformed on the pickup time, we could use a truck that looks right to get them to load it all up for us.  May need to fake some authorizations and such."  He smiled as another idea came to him.  "Better yet, we use a truck 'borrowed' from a Horizon subsidiary and properly disguised."

"A good idea, we still need to make sure that the delivery is late or we are early, let's stick to doing the dry run perhaps we can hijack the delivery vehicle still unless we discover some complications to that."

"Well, the information on the delivery and pickup plans have got to be somewhere - but if one of the Rook trucks disappears, they might change their security plans accordingly.  Better to get a hold of another truck and alter it to appear as the right Rook truck.  If someone has the tools or the right contacts, we might not even have to burn the truck after the fact...  Anyone know how long it would take to clear and properly mod something like that?"

" That depends on what mods you want, it might just be a few hours for the Chip and plates, but it might take days to apply the Coating to a truck of Nordkapp size. I would have to know what we are looking at to judge it properly, but from what i can tell that we will definitively have to have 2 days of work for it to look like the delivery truck. But i do not think that if we make it look like a robbery on he highway they would get smart. Highway piracy is still a problem for companies like these." Andromeda answered and in the same time added some need to have information. " I think if we can take only the trailer and leave the truck itself with the personal on the road we  will make it look like the simple robbery, nothing will tell them that we will attack them at the museum."

"Possible, and it would save us having to deal with the truck's appearance; it would also mean that any investigation is in Azzie hands.  Hard to say which margin for error is more important."

"Even though i don't think Rook can afford to cancel each delivery for the following week if we take one of their trucks i agree with Pulse that security is bound to be upped." Gibbon commented. "So i vouch for modding. Still, knowing who will do the delivery help. Also, Pulse, can you use the guard's link to get into the museum's system? This might be an easy backdoor. Exact delivery times planned are necessary and security footage of when the crates were taken there could help gouge what kind of opposition we should expect."

"It's possible, but I'd need to know a great deal more about their setup before I could say.  I be able to get back into the guard's link no trouble, but I'm not sure of the situation from there."
