Your watcher returns quickly as the car glides its way with grid-guide towards the address kyo has provided. The watcher shows you a vision of an old rundown tenement block with a grimy exterior and shattered windows and structural beams showing. A local gang patrols the streets out front pritecting their interests inside.

The apartment you want is on the 3rd floor and the image the watcher shows you you can see there blinds that are clearly being lit by monitors of some kind.

The spirit just showed me:
theres a couple of people in front of the building, looks like a gang of some sorts protecting the building.
there is active monitors in the 3rd floor where you tracked him down.
there's no mirror windows, just blinds.

That lead you got is not only warm it looks hot!

"Who said anything about torture? I was just going to give him a bear hug and pinch his cheeks... he was kind of cute." Miner said smiling and scanning past the curtain.

Miner only noticed the waiters and the usual crowd that was there earlier. Frank didn't seem to care about any of it and shot off passed Miner. Miner kept up on his heels as they walked to the Rover.

When Miner got into the Rover he sent Andy and Ginji a message.

@Ginji & Andy: We have some good and bad news. The good is that we know where the doc is. The bad is that it's not in Moscow. Will fill you in more when we meet.

You all end up arriving at the apartment complex at about 11am, the  building is old and decrepit. There are four gangers huddles round the main entrance steps 1 is wielding a bat, one is sat on his bike with a chain and the other 2 are sat smoking on the steps.

how are you going to proceed...

Andy incantates and calls upon some sort of entity concentrating for 1.5 seconds, but apparently nothing happens.

After all in all about 5 seconds a translucent miniature stormcloud appears out of thin air looking somewhat displaced.

Ok, wasn't easy but I managed to call upon a spirit who is willing to help us, either get in and out unnoticed or by creating a diversion or fighting.
I can make one of us invisible and make the spirit make him even less noticeable then he could infiltrate this place probably rather easily.
But I'm listening to your ideas aswell.

Miner looked over to Ginji when Frank mentioned someone crawling into the place.

"I'll roll with Frank's plan but who ever is crawling into the place might need a distraction..."

As the team rejoined, Kyo sent a quick text to Frank and Miner: Don't freak out. The thing next to me IS Andy.

Listening carefully to the exchange of conversation, Kyo knew he could help gather some Intel before heading physically inside the building and past the goons.

Let's simply have a look inside first, shall we? My Flying Eye drone has been equipped with a state of the art nanotech Ultra-wide band radar.
He grabbed a matchbox-sized case from his jacket and inside laid his micro drone, a tiny 25mm piece of electronics components. He let it take off.

The Radar allows it to pretty much see through wall. I'll be able to confirm in a second if anyone is inside.

Ginji switched to VR on the comfort of the car seat. From there he remote controlled the drone to fly high, nearby the building, monitoring the drone's sensors and UWB Radar and sending the imaging back to his colleague's commlinks.

As the flying drone makes its way into the building noticed the interior is just just as disheveled as the exterior, this place clearly hasn't seen anything lie maintenance in years....

The drone make it way round the halls and stair and passes several groups of people congregating tin the halls. on the floor that the apartment your here to investigate there is a large group of people at the end of the hall and they are all openly carrying weapons ranging from shotguns to AK's.

The ultra-wide band radar picks up the usual activity you would expect in a housing block but when it gets to the target floor the apartment down the hall from the target appears to have some sort of lab equipment in side and has numerous people working. In the target apartment a small studio flat really. you can see a meta human slumped over some equipment on a desk.

As the drone makes its way around on patrol there starts to be a small commotion from upstairs and a group of gangers come running up the stairs.

Ginji concentrated on the task at hand commanding the drone through the apartment. He let the Resonance guide his action.

Miner looked over to Andy, "I hope you brought some firepower."

Better to be safe then sorry.

Miner then made his way to the back of the Rover popping it open. He removed the nice lined material of the back and ran his hand across the metal surface until he found what he was looking for. He turned a bolt and a lid popped open. Miner retrieved his Ares Alpha from the back with a loaded mag of EX-Explosive rounds. He closed the lid and replaced the liner. He kept the Ares Alpha in the back though as waving it about would just draw attention.

Miner pecked around the side of the Rover,  "What are the guys up front doing Frank?"

Andy shuffles over behind the rover next to Miner puts down the black sportsbag and unzips it.
I hope it's sufficient I really need to make an upgrade but the good stuff is hard to come by.
Then Andy packs out a White Knight and checks the ammo and lifts it easily.

If anyone of us needs to draw some fire as a distraction or otherwise, let it be me I'm better armored
and got a Trick up my sleeve.
Also I am usefull in close combat.

Your firearms knowledge of 3 should be sufficient to identify exex-,full metal jacket,APDS,suppressive and Stick n Shock ammo in the bag currently loaded is exex ammo though.

Francois gets a stick of gum out of his pocket and pops it in his mouth. As he gets out of the Rover, trying to act as normal as possible, the Betel effects hit him and he sees the environment around him suddenly a lot clearer.

"Let me have a look" answers the elf as Miner asks him to look around. He takes a good look at the gang that was posted in front of the entrance.

Intuition 3 + Perception 4 + Perceptive 1 + Vision Enhancement 3 + Betel 1 (12d6.hits(5)=5) no glitches

As the group of ganger rushes up the stairs straight at your drone you react quickly and the drone deftly moved out of the way and goes unnoticed.

The guys up front are just sitting around talking and smoking there are the occasional passer by they get hurled abuse by the gangers, a pretty girl walks by and one of the guys move closer and starts to give it all he has, when he obviously offend he grabs her and throws her at the other gangers at the front where they all crowd round and start to rough her up and start yelling at her. there is only 1 guy not involved and he's still sitting on the steps leading into the building. smoking and by the look on his face he's high as a kite.

In the corner of your eye you start to see smoke rising from the far side of the building and see the occasional flash in the upper floors of the apartment.
