dimensions are: 25 metres to the back wall (15 metres to the van, van is ten metres long and parked against back wall.)
van cab is about 2.5m tall, back is about 3.5m tall. perimiter wall is about 4.5m tall.
delivery bay is about 70m long, and you're about 20m into it, so 50m to the gate.

I wasn't sure if you remembered or not but I do have a force 4 spirit keeping us concealed that would make all perception test have a -4 to their dice pools. I wasn't sure if you remembered Csjarrat so I thought I would remind you.

right, got a bit of a complex scenario here:
"A spell cast on a non-living, non-magic target is not resisted, as
the object has no life force and thus no connection to mana with
which to oppose the casting of the spell (note that only Physical spells
will affect non-living objects; mana spells have no effect). Highly processed
and artificial items are more difficult to affect than natural, organic
objects. Spells cast on non-living objects require a Success Test
with a threshold based on the type of object affected (see the Object
Resistance Table). Note that objects targeted by Combat spells get to
resist the damage as they would any ranged attack; use their Armor
rating x 2 (or just Armor against spells with elemental effects) to resist
the damage (Barriers, p. 166)."

i read it as you'd either need to get 6 successes on your test to affect a drone with a spell (seeing the object resistance chart) or that because you're casting a combat spell, we just treat it as an "object" (because it is not alive) and just use armour x2 to resist the physical damage.
the latter makes the most sense to me, so that's what i'll run.

as Success Tests; the caster must achieve enough hits to beat the item’s
Object Resistance (p. 183). Net hits increase damage as normal (the
object does not get a resistance test).

Object resistance for a drone is 6:

Ya that is fine with me, I kind of forgot about that rule, maybe I should get a cheap lightning bolt, well maybe after a few other upgrades first.

We are almost done, this chapter of the run I just hope I don't get myself too messed up like last time. Remember Mantis you are not a rigger you are not a rigger.

Well this doesn't look good.  If the gate is a death trap my only idea is up and over the wall by the cab of the van.  Is there any way I can give Mantis a boost up?  Knives should be able to scale it,  as long as I don't get anymore gas baths.

Yep, best plan! Teamwork test is best route for that, have mantis roll a climbing test and add hits to your test. I'll adjust threshold to reflect the extra weight.
Don't get me wrong, if you wanna go all "last of the samurai" on me then feel free, but think up and over is best option
