so just to make it explicit, Dunk can get another *very* short flight out of the drone if you feel you need it. you will have to go and retrieve it if it goes flat in-flight though :-)
Is it enough to make the 30 meters to the building then at least take a snap shot?
also, if you guys survive till CH4, would you want to port to SR5 or would you rather stick with 4e. I'm easy either way but will leave it up to you two
I'll have to read up on the changes. I read it cover to cover when it first came out, the group I was GMing for decided not to swap, and I haven't looked at it since. I don't think much will effect Knives except limits... I'm kinda impartial but you may have to remind me of somethings / be patient with me getting acclimated. Sadly work has been nuts and it's not likely to calm down for some time... I'm sure you've both noticed my post count dropping 
TLDR: Staying 4th would be easier but I'm not opposed if both of you want to switch.
Yep, it'd be enough for that, you'd get about 1 min of level flight, much less if gaining altitude
as for SR5, i think you'd both be able to rebuild without any major issues in SR5 if you want to. both adepts + mystic adepts work really well under the new rules and have shiny Qi foci for character evelopment options too.
i've got all the splat books so your armour and weapon choices would all be fine.
its entirely up to you two, i'm not going to force you either way but wanted to let you have the choice if you had a preference. if scawire has no preference either way then we'll keep it as-is. 4e is pretty simple to work with ( i actually prefer most of 4e matrix too!)
