Do I regain any edge with a good nights sleep or am I still out?

First things first, get mum out of bed and fed, get a nosh, then back to the office to try and get that last bomb off. (taking a dose of Psyche after breakfast)

I should have waited to find out if I had edge, because I'd have wanted to push the limit, forgot how low mine is   Lets hope this one doesn't roll as well.  Rating 5 should only get 10 dice, should be 3-4 hits on average.

yeah, edge refreshes one point every day in SR5 and i'll occasionally refresh a point if you do something cool or get in some really nice roleplay.

Knowing my luck I'd roll 3 hits on 16 dice with a glitch.  I already rolled it that way, lets play it that way.  Also, I get to keep the point of EDG.  Mathematically I should be g2g.

As I said in the IC, taylor thinks the message encoding represents a private network, something separate from the main matrix architecture but clearly related and compatible with it.
Something perhaps like a very specialised VPN for the 2070's

I'll post my stoned trip to the meet in a bit.  Is there errata on psyche?  My book has it as unrestricted and doesn't list any penalties during recovery. And it's not very addictive?  Seems too good to be true imho.

@zwei, no problems, camera would arrive next day shipping so thats fine. not sure about psyche tbh, does anyone have vice from 3e? i seem to have lost my copy.
iirc, its a designer drug so has a lesser effect on the body but can't remember where i've read that.
The important bit is

obsessive about certain facts or problems" so just keep that in mind with IC posts and try to reflect it where possible.
Using the addiction test table on p414 shows you'd need to use it again within a four week period to trigger addiction tests so occasional use isn't going to be a problem for you.

Yeah, I tried to play up the absorbed and detail oriented nature of the effects in my post.  Hope that came through.  And I don't have any thing before 5e

Ya know what, I'm gonna run a matrix perception check on both my self and bex from AR here.  Seems like a good idea.

Normally I'd base my questions of the list on page 235 of CRB, but you've mentioned that we've gone off book on the bombs...  I'm going to look for anything that's different from what I'd expect to see on myself, and I doubt there's anything funky about bex, but keeping an eye out for datastreams going places they shouldn't be.

Opps, had one more die for each of those from the psyche, doubt it makes a difference, and I need to key in on that a bit more in IC posts.

Bex's Icon is based on a DR2 commlink and is broadcasting a fake SiN identifying her as a 26 year old student from wales, studying philosophy at UCL.
Nothing sinister appears on her public persona, the only datastreams you can pick up are a public music stream to her earbuds which is currently paused and an AR subscription to an Image link which is currently inactive.
You assume she has an image link implanted or on a set of contact lenses as she has no other device in sight to support one

Yeah, role playing the cloak and dagger is tough.  I'm sure I'm being obvious and anyone listening knows exactly what I'm talking about, but trying to convey the odd data bomb.  Taylor is smarter than I am, and better trained so hopefully he's *actually* fooling those around him.  Also, I'm guessing that he and Bex would have some kind of lingo setup for this in advance. 

He's trying to convey yes to the technomancy, but that it isn't needed anymore, the odd source of the data and then that the bomb was weird.
