Oi, decisions decisions!  I'm headed into work, I'll post up this afternoon and think about it.  I like the idea of grabbing another point of loyalty, but a full day of -2 is a reasonable, but still costly, price. Mostly I need to better figure out how Taylor would hand it rather than me.  He *is* a mamma's boy after all, but being out with the boys every now and then is important!

The cameras around the streets there are directly connected to hosts and aren't publicly broadcasting. There is a small security camera behind the deli bar but noise penalties are at -4 (Inclusive of spam and distance)

Hrm... Okay.  I'll have him head down to the deli and snag a feed from the camera.  Once he's got that, he'll head over to Westminster Arms and keep an eye out there for his Mark.
When he gets there he's going to look to see if there are any places it looks like he can physically touch a camera looking to the street so he can keep an eye out for when his guy goes out for a smoke.
