So lately I've been on a miniature-based kick for my RPG sessions, and my players have responded amazingly (and it's made combat SO MUCH EASIER).

However, finding Shadowrun-specific minis can be a chore. I've scraped together quite a few resources, but if any of you have any more suggestions past this, I'd be highly interested.

Iron Wind Metals' Shadowrun
The original Shadowrun minis. Good things are that they're obviously sculpted ground-up for Shadowrun, and right now they're having a sale. Bad thing is that most of the sculps are B A D, with a capital BAD. There's a few good ones in there (the dwarf with handicam, the dzoo-noo-qua with the girl, the go-ganger set, Lord Torgo, a few others), but for the most part they look... spindly. Even the trolls look spindly. One thing to note: for mini-based rules, it's HARD to find bikes in 28mm scale, except from IWM, and the bikes actually look really good.

Reaper Miniatures Chronoscope
While it's interspersed with cowboys, steampunk, and superhero stuff, there are some solid gems for Shadowrun in here. In point of fact, the Caine, Cyber-Troll is so Shadowrun that... well, I rather suspect a Shadowrun fan was the guy who had it sculpted. One other great thing from reaper are their Weapons Packs, because in Shadowrun a fantasy-looking mini can still be toting an H&K familiar.

Heroclix
While that link leads to Troll & Toad, there are TONS of good Heroclix minis for Shadowrun - Bruce Wayne makes a great Mr. Johnson, random thugs with guns, Bruce Banner as a scientist... the list goes on. Heck, Horrorclix has fragging INSECT-MEN for all your fovae - er, insect spirit needs. Plus, they're really cheap. For the most part.

Neomics Dwarfs
While most of their minis aren't good for Shadowrun, their Dwarfs look like a good ol'fashioned biker gang - perfect for a thrillgang.

Hasslefree Miniatures
Hasslefree does decent fantasy stuff, but IMHO a lot of their best minis are in the Adventurers line - and one specific mini from their "Space Aliens" line, a female dwarf named Sola, is so Shadowrun that it makes me wish I'd ordered it last time I bought from them. Sadly, I had to choose between that or the kid mage I wanted, sooooo..... incidentally, a lot of their minis are of a good size variety, from very young children to a couple of Troll-sized humans, so their stuff is doubly good that way.

Anyway, that's all I've been able to find thus far. Does anyone else have any links to share? Especially with good orks or trolls, 'cause those are thin on the ground?

I highly recommend checking out wargames factory, in particular, this set of apocalypse survivors. http://wargamesfactory.com/webstore/dark-futures/apocalypse-survivors-men

The sheer number if models for the price and the awesome amount of customization is amazing.

As for drones i use Tau, they have lots of drones. Most of the full suit units could work for corps heavy security.

I recently bought a box of Fire Warriors and painted half as red samurais and the other half maybe white and black for knight errant
