I have a big deadline coming up next week, so I might be on only erratic this week and the next.  I'll try to read every day and if something is urgent also to reply, but the rest might be a bit delayed.

What’s up, guys? Everything OK? This is the part where you have to discuss how you want to handle getting in and out of the warehouse. I don’t really have much input at this point, unless you ask me questions, so getting on is really up to you now. A little more activity, please?

@ maxkojote, any chance you can let us know IC that you spotted someone who was tied up once we get somewhere quiet? I think it'll be quite important to the plot and Matt couldn't make out that detail with his UWB radar scans

Yeah sure. He's going to give the full report once we're no longer out in  the open.

I think there is some confusion. There is no tied-up person in the warehouse. I think the misunderstanding came from the word "strapped", by which i meant the person carries a gun.

aha, i've got the impression there's some poor fool literally strapped into a chair being given the whole "where were you on the night of the 25th?!?!" treatment lol!

cheers for clearing that up

I was very confused. I knew a guy was strapped, which I took  to mean 'tied up'. Which got very confusing since he was one of the ones who had another's back and vice versa.

lol where are you guys from?  "Strapped" is a pretty common term for "packing heat" or "armed with a firearm" where I'm from :P

I use the dictionary definition most of the time. :P I'm also from Australia. Strapped usually means 'strapped in' or 'strapped for cash'. Different cultural slang.

And I'm from Belgium and English isn't my first language, so local slang is often not completely understood.  Unless it's stuff used by Terry Pratchett, in which case I can probably tell from which book it came.  :)

If Vetinari shows up here, I'm leaving. He's probably a dragon.

Guys, although English isn't my first language either, i tend to use some slang in my posts, mainly what rubbed off on me when watching TV series in English or the.words listed in the SR books. If it ever becomes bothersome, please tell me so i can cut back on it.

To help along the way, in the evening i'll attach a document i compiled from the books with all the.slang i found explained.

Wow I wouldn't have ever guess that English wasn't anyone's first language.  You all write MUCH better than a lot of my peers who DID have it as their first language.  Then again, I suppose tabletop RPGs attract a different kind of person. . . more likely to be a thinker if you will.
