@MaxKojote: even though you have the same initiative value as Leroy and one of the trolls, I had to decide ties (used the ERIC system), thus the final order, as I wrote earlier, was this:

His swerve was an opposed vehicle test (which he rolled epic-ly on)
If he's got 2IP's, which i suspect he has judging by the above quote, then he can shoot this pass and control in the next to prevent a crash.

Perfectly right. You don't have to spend your first pass on controlling the vehicle, you just have to spend one in the round. FYI, i allow simple vehicle tests, like accelerating/decelerating, under the "control the vehicle" action, but no maneuvers.

For my reaction test, what are my modifiers.  The people in the car have a bonus of 3 for inside vehicle, but I'm on a bike, so that would be something else I assume.
