You punch through the cheap store-bought camera's defences without breaking a sweat, looging in as an admin.
There are 3 camera feeds, 2 are dark internal shots; you can just about make out chairs + tables on one feed. The other is a low-light feed covering the delivery area.
It's difficult to make out any details from the dark camera feeds, but it looks deserted.

"OK, the cams are mine, the place looks empty but if he isn't here I may be able to find out where more if they have data in there. Lets see what you two can do" Hax seems pleased with himself.

"You got it mate, I'm on it."  Knives nonchalantly approaches the building while activating the low light enhancement in his contacts.  Sticking to the shadows and dark corners he makes a lap around the building looking for the easiest and most discrete way to enter.


Infiltration 3 + Agility 6 = 8d6.
8d6.hits(5)=5 All successes were 6's!  Crit success. 

Perception 4 + Intuition 3 + Visual Enhancement 3 = 10d6.  And as I said low light vision is active

Once he locates it he'll send a quick heads up message to the team, <Going in.>, before attempting to enter.

As Mantis was about to let the little spy drone go he hears that the cameras have been hacked. Finding away inside for the drone might be hard I'll have him tail Knifes then get him to scout ahead. After Mantis tells the group he lets the little guy fallow Knifes but once the door is opened it has it's commands to search the area for the target.

You slip down the alley again, past the rotting rancid bins overflowing with all sorts of shit. the smell nearly makes you heave as you pass them, your back now to the alleyway focusing on the metal shutter door ahead of you.
A Keypad maglock is located just to the left of the door, its subtle, but a couple of the keys seem shinier than the others.
Though its of no concern at the moment, you realise you're stood right in full view of the camera.

Decide how you are controlling the drone first, if you are piloting it remotely i'll need command and pilot aircrat. if you are issuing commands, i'll need a specific command from you, followed by pilot + maneuver

Knives tries to keep his face away from the camera, mostly out of habit, and pulls his Maglock Sequencer to get to work opening the door.


I'm not sure how noticing the shiny keys will help but here's a few rolls for getting in.  Let me know if I need to modify.
First popping open the case: (This should be good lol.)
Logic 2 - Defaulting 1 = 1d6  (Maglock Rating x2, 1 Combat Turn)
1d6.hits(5)=0, 1d6.hits(5)=0, 1d6.hits(5)=0
Technically the last two are crit glitches as they were both ones.

Hopefully no alarms sound and I can attempt to smash the case off instead.  (Treat as a Barrier equal to the Maglock's rating).  Using a ceramic knife to try and pop the case.
Knives 8 + Agility 6 + Personalized Grip 1 + Imp Ability 1 = 16d6
16d6.hits(5)=2  That's pretty weak.  That would be 6P worth of damage.

One more try
16d6.hits(5)=4  That's 8P, a bit more respectable.

Dunno if that gets me in yet or not but here's a roll for the sequencer.
Maglock Sequencer Rating 4 = 4d6.hits(5)=1 1 hit and a glitch.

the shinier keys would be the ones that had been pressed most often, the camera is pointing right at the keypad, you have a hacker controlling the cameras? jesus. you just can't get the players nowadays lol :-)
Your ham fisted attempts the remove the casing rip the rusted old panel from the wall with a burst of brick dust and dry mortar. The casing hits the ground with a resounding clang and breaks open, exposing its electronic guts to the world: a smattering of optical chips and broken keys lining the filthy delivery area floor.
No amount of ducktape was gonna patch that back together, and even if it could, these boys would know as soon the kitchen opens in the morning.

Knives sighs and sends out a text to the group.  <Hit a bit of a snag lads.  Seems this keypad wasn't quite as firmly affixed as I thought it would be.  Way I see it that leaves us two options.  If Hax could stuff this pile of drek back together that would be grand.  Otherwise we can roll with it and I can toss the place, make it look like a proper break in but we had best be damned sure my mug isn't all over their footage.  If the Yaks find evidence of me here it would bad mates... real bad.>

Mantis has no clue on how to pilot his little buddy so he has always had the plan to have the thing work for itself, that's the way things work in this world you have to do stuff for yourself. With that Mantis gives the little drone the command fallow Knifes until he is inside then search the building for anyone inside, if you find anyone let us know. With that the bot flies away at the same time Mantis links an AR view to the view of the drone.

NOTE he does have some autosoft for Chaser (used to shadow someone and Covert Opts used to help from being spotted by sensors. The drone is on Page 350 Main book and is the size of an insect and his autosoft is on page 114 UW, if you want to check out the little guy.

The drone is confused by Knive's lack of progress, and begins to circle his position, looking for targets but finding nothing of interest.

Its only a pilot 3 drone, it doesnt have much of a brain so is easily confused. knives hasn't got in so it defaults to the later aspect of the command and is now looking for targets at knive's position

Hax makes sure all the cameras are on a recorded loop and walks down to knives position.  " hey old bloke, someone call a repairman?"

K so logic 7 + hardware 4= 11 -2= 9, I don't think I have any other modifiers.
  9d6.hits(5)=0 complete and utter fail. hm.. is this an extended test I think it would be but I'm not sure? haha. if not then nope, its broke good.
