Was wondering if there were maps of Seattle and/or the NAN anywhere planning on setting my campaign or at least starting in Seattle and one of my characters is an elf that speaks the elven tongue natively so she may be from the elven Nation in the NAN.

Also looking for some info on corps and groups good for driving a more magic and para critter focused missions, because we did character creation yesterday and 3 out of 4 are awakened characters.

2 of which include a human occult investigator type either magician or mystic adept (either may will be more caster then adept) and a Adept Spirit/Para critter hunter with a dark mentor spirit bound inside him, both of which will astrally perceive for sure.  The 3rd is the elf refered to above who is a Mystic Adept but more Adept focused she is more Stealthy rogue/assassin type focused on daggers but don't really know her motivation to much yet.  Last is a dwarf decker though so no magic and pretty much covering the tech side don't know much of concept he mainly played the decker so they would have someone to handle matrix stuff.

So just some advice on which books and resources to look to for some ideas and advice since I am new to SR as well not worry about edition as I mainly want story idea stuff as we are running 5th ed.

Thanks in Advance

The Seattle Guide has some really good maps of regions in the Seattle Metroplex. I mainly use google for actually Seattle street maps.

The Seattle Guides from all the editions are really really good for any Seattle based game. Not just area descriptions, but a massive amount of plothooks. They all have different stuff in them and translate well to any edition.

One little thing that I learned on a recent vacation trip to Seattle, that I don't think is adequately covered in any of the Shadowrun books: Seattle is HILLY. Like, chock full of 20% grade hills, along with lesser slopes.

Don't forget to include the Ork Underground in your planning and check Seattle 2072 for some background stuff.

A lot of SINless Orks live in the Underground that is usually accessed through known entrances in Downtown, but has numerous hidden tunnels and exits that can lead anywhere you want and hide all sorts of nasty things like HMHVV, critters, secret AAA underground labs, runner armories, etc.

Hopefully, one of your PCs will choose to be an Ork which will help you set some adventures down there for the claustrophobic atmosphere...

It's a great resource that I use all the time!

Yeah I will make some use of the underground as I want to deal with para critter hunting and stuff while still keeping plenty for the hacker to do.  Sadly no orks though got 2 humans and elf and a dwarf.

There are also some very interesting bits in shadowrun 2050 that you may be able to use. I found it very useful when I was learning the setting
You’re a shadowrunner. You run in the shadows. You don’t run in plain sight.  That’s why we don’t call you a plain-fucking-sight-runner.
