The best regional maps I've found is in the very old Seattle Guide. I think New Seattle (3rd edition) has some useful maps too. I recall using the two together, actually, because each book had separate things that were good about them. I think the Seattle Guide had the best general region maps.
I've never seen an actual map of the main Seattle streets in any of the SR eras and would love to know if there is one. I generally just use google maps for streets and sometimes alter them as I see fit. I used google maps in other areas sometimes too for streets and the general layout of the area, for example when I wanted to really focus what the Glow City area was like around Beaver Lake.
I think someone posted some fan made ones here somewhere. Might be worth a search.
