I'd include a rating 3 and a Poor Man's Used rating 4 version of the Bone Boost (Damage Soak) pack. Especially the Used version is quite interesting for defensive characters who don't care it only leaves them about 3 essence for other boosts.

You can combine those for neat effects, of course. CyberSnoop + Salaryman = Reporter on the go, while Cybersnoop (WIth SImrig) + Datacourier = Mr. Hedonism. Salaryman + Babel gives you a world-travelling businessman, Skillwires + RIgger = DRIVE ANYTHING, and so on.

These aren't true cybersuites, of course, but they're quick n dirty PACKs to help speed up your shopping.

Yeh used Bone Density Augmentation  is going to have to go on the "doesn't make sense" pile

I guess though, its not that you're using the bones another guy had, you're using the same vat and chemicals to augment your bones, that were designed for the other guy.

Perhaps list those kinds of PACKS as Priority A/B required, or Priority C+X Karma converted to nuyen?

I actually had been doing a "50k Sam project" with my group, where we were looking at some combinations of used cyberware that could be bought about 40k or less (leaving 10k for other gear on a D resources character.)  A couple combos I'm not sure you have equivalents for:

The Bouncer (41,250Y/21 Karma/1.875 Ess)
Used Titanium Bone Lacing
Used Muscle Replacement 1

The Bodyguard (39,750Y/20 Karma/3.125 Ess)
Used Cybereyes 2 with Flare compensation, Low Light Vision, Smartlink, and Thermographic Vision
Used Wired Reflexes 1

I think most of the others have something at least somewhat in line using one of your packages.  On another note, I think your skillwire packages need a skilljack to be usable, which negates all the essense savings we thought we were getting on skillwires.

It should be possible, since Bioware is generally made from Type O material, allowing it to be implanted into any body. Bioware is available in the standard five grades for Cyberware (Used, Standard, Alpha, Beta, Delta). Cultured Bioware is tailor-made for someone, however, and as such Used shouldn't be applicable. By RAW, it could be taken, but it'd be a bit weird.

For standard level character creation, at most you can have 50 Karma (25 Starting and 25 from Negative Qualities).  Listing packs with an over 50 Karma might make some poor newbie think that's somehow possible. 

Perhaps list those kinds of PACKS as Priority A/B required, or Priority C+X Karma converted to nuyen?

Hadn't even considered that, really. The original PACKS from the Shadowrun boxed set had the alternative costs in there and I just went with that format to make life easy.  It wouldn't be a big deal to erase that part and just have the Nuyen and Essence cost. I need to add a flag for Restricted/Forbidden as well. Everything is done in 2000Y "blocks" to make math quicker and easier, of course, and all are Availability 12 or less (Modified, due to Used in one case, and Alpha in others. An Availability 14 one got punted when I caught hat, in fact.) so should be fine out of the gate.
