The Fixer (Charley) is a Dwarf he was tailing once. Charley noticed Rat was tailing him and ambushed him, wiping the floor with Rat. Rat was so impressed by the man's fighting style he just outright asked him to train him. Charley, impressed by the Ork's boldness, agreed and eventually saw that Rat had some decent skills, so he suggested running the shadows. Rat didn't think anything would come out of that, but he eventually found employment and a relationship based on money and jobs done was born.

Spooky: Nothing wrong per-se, but I'm just going to point out that there's little reason for you to buy the Analyze Magic spell and might be better off with picking another one.
The spell allows you to Assense things you can touch. You can cast it with a dicepool of 6. But you have an Assensing dicepool of 12(14), an ability which doesn't require any effort, gives no drain and works at LOS range instead of touch. Why would you ever use the Analyze Magic spell?

Because I misread the spell.  Thanks for pointing that out.  Switched over to Enhance Aim.

As far as contacts go......Jake is a beat bop that managed to make detective, Flanders is a bartender that tries to act more refined than the bar he's working in (to bring a touch of class to the place), Trixie's a joygirl looking to move up in the world, and Maurice has a habit of acting annoyingly mysterious, except when he gets down to biz.  Depending on which of them got the word, any of them could be acting as his fixer, because they all send work his way.

I officially hate this program but here I dropped the custom body by 1 on each limb and used the money on a couple more licenses and getting my shotgun back, also lots of regular ammo and spare clips and 10 explosive rounds for the revolver as I had 55 nuyen left, 5 nuyen left over now

Some info on boomers contacts.

Fixer:   Mr. Thy Le. He's and eccentric Japanese man.  Likes to think of himself as a runner turned fixer which is as far from the truth as can be.   He's wealthy, well connected ex corporate man who left the corp scene (Renraku).   Why he wasn't killed when he left no one knows.  One can only assume that he has some info that if it got out out it would be bad news all around.  Rumors are that it has to do with the shutdown some years ago.   Boomer has been doing some runs for Mr. Le for about 5 months.   Knows Boomer is a runner. 

Street Doc:  "Doc" is a real doc.  Military trained and refered to Boomer by Leady.   Cool and knows to keep things quiet. Doesn't know Boomer is a runner but has a suspicion.   

Arms Dealer:  Konnor Dietrich.  "Lead Magnet".  Orc.  Leady is one of Boomers oldest and trusted friends.   They served together for 18 years.   Leady retired 4 years ago.   He holds a real passion for weapons of all sorts.   He often joked about going into business in his retirement.   As it turned out it was no joke   He's loud boisterous and confident no matter who is around but that maybe to the loudness of the shop and gun range he operates.   It's one of the best in the Seattle area.   Knows Boomer is a runner. 

Merc group:  A global mercenary network with a presence in many if the most dangerous places in the world.   From out right military action to protection services they have their fingers into just about everything.   His contact is Jason Newman.  Another old service buddy who found out that merc work paid much better than the military.   Hasn't had much contact since retiring.   No knowledge that he is a runner at the moment.
