Richard Salt (3, 3) Ex-Lonestar and Family friend who has become a mercenary and gun runner, knows Three Star is a runner.

Diego's Father, though living in Seattle, is neither a contact nor dependent, he lives his own drunken bum ex-lonestar life, Three Star visits him and acts the doting son for his benefit. He has no idea his son is a criminal, only a disappointment.

FYI, doesn't technically work that way. Normally, for every 100Y left at chargen, you add 1 die to the starting nuyen dicepool (with a maximum of 3 times the number of dice rolled).
Doesn't really matter in this case, though. 130 is close to an average roll anyways.
