He turned up the gain on his cyberears, started recording and filtering out background noise and the possible white noise generator that was in that room

That would've probably required a Computer+Edit roll, which I know Boomer's got. But with the loss of dice from the white noise generator and the closed door, Boomer just didn't record that much more than Quinten finishing the threat to call the major's superiors and the major giving in and telling Quinten 'right this way'.They move while they talk and after a second door can't be heard anymore.
As for the look outside: There's the parking lot which has the truck, several bikes and a couple of cars on it and over a dozen heavily armed elves who look like they've had at least some training. The chainwire fence is about 3 meters high and topped with concertine wire, it's quite old and likely hasn't been maintained since Lone Star left the neighborhood so at several spots it might be weak enough for a strong/heavy person to force their way through. The gate is solid metal and still looks sturdy.
Another military knowledge check on the Majors uniform. anything distinctive and what not. Using the picture as reference. (10d6.hits(5)=3)
(-2 for try again because there isn't really that much new Boomer saw.)
The major doesn't have any visible insignia or badges. It's a clean, wrinkle-free military uniform which could be worn by just about any... Tir! Of course, Tir Tairngire. The different color of the collar compared to the rest of the uniform, it's so obvious! How the heck did Boomer miss that the first time? Probably not their most recent model... but Boomer could be mistaken, it's been a while and he's not not really a fashionata.

3. Street Gangs for if the Ancients are normally this militant and organised in Puyyalup and who they could have been negotiating with to get a group including an obviously well to do elf like Quentin (presuming he really can afford the suit) i.e. known contacts and elven accomplice groups. -- 7d6.hits(5)=4
1. *shrug* Sounds like it makes sense.
2. So far, other than the argument you just witnessed, what Quinten told you would happen seems to be what's happening. Why one of you isn't already being searched and 'cleaned'... Another person already being prepped would explain that, though.
3. The Ancients are the biggest, baddest gang, bar none. Not just in Seattle, they're spread out as a worldwide organization and you've even heard that in some areas, they're actually hiring themselves out as an alternative to the likes of Lone Star, KE or Puebsec, especially in areas the 'real' security firms and corporations aren't particulary interested in... But that's kind of hard to believe, no?
Sure, the world-wide organisation often isn't much more than a shared identity instead of actual global leadership with plans and objectives. And of course for every skilled and trained Ancient there's probably 9 wanna-be's who just hang out around clubs looking cool in a black jacket with a big red or green A on it.
But that just means there's a large group from which the Ancient leadership can simply select the ones that seem promising. And there is of course the fact that lots of elves coming out of the Tir(s) for one reason or the other often end up relying on the Ancients to smuggle them out and set them up with food and shelter. Not a few of those have military training; after every regime change the officers promoted by the old regime need to make place for new ones and fleeing the country often seems preferable to the alternatives.
Combat tactics, 1 hit
I'm not going to plan your fights, if that's what you're asking.
But roughly calculated, the odds of one of your group making it to the fence if you were to go out guns blazing must be around 20 percent, if you're very lucky.
The odds of then making it out of the neighborhood are about half that.
Oh, crap, forgot about the spirits and magic support you haven't seen. Reduce odds with 15 percent.
Laptop, transformer tablet/laptop, smartphone (too small to post though, just for reading). Should have a Surface RT w/ touch cover somewhere around the end of the month, looking forward to it. Too bad it doesn't run Chummer.

Time for bed, nighty night!
