But if it's inconvenient at the time (for example when posting from smartphones or other devices that make multi-window copy/pasting a hassle), you don't HAVE to. Posting is far more important than the JiC roll.
The JiC is just so you have control over your luck instead of me... Little more than superstition, but hey, we're gamers, who doesn't have a 'lucky' set of dice?
If your last IC doesn't have a JiC roll and I really need a diceroll, I roll for you. (I won't use JiC's posts previous your last one.)

Okay, you can all post in IC.
If you want, you can talk before (gossip about three star while he's gone), during (talk to Quinten and the major) and after the security process (talk to the new guygirl) in the same post, just split the post with horizontal rules ( [ hr ] ) between different moments.

I'll also repeat for the zillionth time: don't be afraid to correct or interrupt me if I assume actions your character won't do.

BestTeaMaker: The contact lenses of your character are availability 14. Max is 12 unless you take the Restricted Gear quality.
Please fix that and tell me what you did to fix it so I can do the same in my copy of your charsheet.

Hello! I have a tm/face I'd submit for consideration, if you haven't already found someone. I don't have much of a posting history on this site, but I'm managing multiple posts a day in a game on Dumpshock, if you need references.

A former B-list simflick starlet turned BTL addict, she Emerged during the second Crash while in jail. Blacklisted from her former profession, she now runs the shadows to support her habit and her ego (even she couldn't tell you which is more important to her). Delights in infuriating more traditional techie types with her intuitive, unscientific grasp of the Matrix. Vain, vindictive, and brighter than she acts, she's not the most street-savvy runner, but she's managed to keep herself alive thus far through sheer force of personality. I'm well aware that this luck may not last and am perfectly comfortable getting her killed if it comes to that.

@ Islington: *sigh* I just lost 2 players in a short time, both of them relative newbs on the forum... So I suppose I'm now a bit prejudiced and this is my fault and some bad timing for you: Your character sounds pretty fun but I just don't want to risk the same thing happening a third time and am going to go with a player I know has been around here almost as long as I have and has an excellent record when it comes to playing and posting. Sorry

Well, glad you're back, congratz on the fixed laptop and hope you get healthy soon.
I for one don't think the universe hates you or any one of us, it's more likely it's completely indifferent about us in any way and would consider us insignificant if not for the fact that we're too insignificant to it for it to really make any kind of consideration about us in the first place.
But that's just me, I could be wrong.
