So far I've got hard copies of Sixth World Almanac, Runner Havens, and Storm Front. Feral Cities and Corporate Enclaves are in the mail. I have the PDF of the 5th edition rulebook, with several hardcover and B&W POD softcovers on the way.

I'm going to be running the game with a lot of player freedom and globetrotting... what should I get next? Adventures are very low priority, meaty sourcebooks without a lot of stats are high priority. I prefer books in print, so I can lend them out between sessions if necessary.

Seattle 2072 is a nice sourcebook and it provides a good update to Runner Havens' update on Seattle.

The various Shadows of... Books are ok. The Deep Shadows line also tends to have more setting information.

The Montreal 2072 PDF only product is a gem and cheap. Safehouses is another good cheap pdf that is long on good ideas and pretty compatible with SR5.

In addition to the books Crunch mentioned, if you're going globetrotting then Conspiracy Theories will have info on London. There's nothing newer than the Tir Nan Og book for our favorite redhaired elven land. Most of Africa is uncovered, so you can make things up (though everything there makes Redmond look like paradise). The Aztlan book is outdated (Big D was still around), but is the only thing we got on that place. Tir Tairngir is still a solid book, especially with the Land of Promise updating things that have changed. I don't think there's anything on Australia since Target: Awakened Lands except maybe a mention in Hazard Pay.

Cities (I know of) that have gotten a full writeup in 4th: Seattle, Hong Kong, Neo-Tokyo, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Montreal, Denver, DeeCee, Manhattan, London, Lagos, Chicago, Bogota.

Conspiracy Theories sounds interesting, that's probably next. Storm Front references it quite a bit - are there any bows left untied there, or is it just deeper info on what I've already read about?

Aside from their mentions in the books I listed in the OP, what are the most recent books covering CAS (especially Atlanta), the Caribbean League, Japan, and France?

Corporate Enclaves for Japan. For the Caribbean League, I think Cyberpirates is the last real sourcebook. For France? Nothing in English, unless Shadows of Europe covers it. Otherwise, check out the German stuff, I think they're more Euro-centric than the English stuff.

I would also recommend Hazard Pay, for information on extreme environments (arctic, desert, underwater, space). If your runners could possibly find themselves anywhere as they globehop, this would be a solid resource.

Is that edition specific? The description makes it sound pretty crunchy.

There's serious fluff to it, and the crunch in those sections of the rules hasn't changed that much. Some of the spells and adept powers would be good to wait on until the magic book comes out, and we have firm guides on how to price drain, as we did with Street Magic in 4th, though. But the fluff info on the hazards of going into nasty places of the world are still valid.
