Ok, so I'm about to start my guys on a campaign that will run them through a number of published 'Runs and I wanted to get an idea of the difficulty or threat level each of these runs presented without having to read all 27(!) runs in their entirety first.  I don't really need a detailed breakdown, just an idea of which runs are a cake walk and which ones will really make them fear for their lives.

What I'm planning on running is Copycat Killer (1), Season 4 Missions (12), Free Taiwan (1), The Dawn of the Artifacts series (4), Sprawl Wilds (4) and Elven Blood (5).  Not necessarily in that order.  I plan to jump from one series to another to spread the plotlines out.

I'd like to bin these into A) Tough Run B) Average and C) Minor threat

I keep hearing that the end of Season 4 Missions is pretty rough, but what about the others?  I just want to put the tougher ones later so the players have a karma level commensurate with the threat they'll encounter.

If anyone has played these and remembers one being unusually tough or easy I'd much appreciate the info.

The missions can get nasty at points, but they're not too bad. The Dawn of the Artifacts series are MAJOR tough, though. Don't send rookies out there.

Except for Humanitarian Aid, which can easily wipe out an entire party if the GM plays the final boss the way a player would.

Bull's party lost 2.5 players in the first IP. There's a reason they tuned him down a tiny bit for Romero&Juliette, with the notes of "only 4 Edge, and never overcasts".

Season 4 has a handful of dangerous missions, all in the artifacts storyline. The Ork Underground storyline has only 1 tough run in my opinion, namely Silver Platter. The rest are mostly non-combat smartness. Artifacts has Brothers United, Romero&Juliette, and its first Mission is also rather dangerous, what with 2 highly skilled assassins that start talking then try to kill you. I think that without a sniper covering the meet, that one can easily kill the party. The bugs in Brothers United are tough and players had better use flashbangs, smoke grenades and Superior Cover from the pillars in the final fight. I'm not sure how tough the final Mission of Artifacts Season 4 is.

Sprawl Wilds only has Humanitarian Aid as the really tough one, Carbon Copy may also be tough, if you apply the nerfing from Romero&Juliette to Humanitarian Aid and make sure the players play it smart, and use John to balance things, it should be fine. See the topic in the Missions forum about it for more tips.

So tough ones are HA, half the Artifacts storyline and Silver Platter afaik.
How am I not part of the forum?? O_O I am both active and angry!
