New to shadowrun (rules and world).  I see that the new mission season 5 is going to be in Chicago.  All of the stand alone adventures that are currently out with 5e stats are in Seattle.

So if I run a campaign using 5e, what city to use and why?  How quick will other season 5 missions come out?

You play a campaign anywhere you want, really. Seattle is usually used though. If you're running Missions, just use Chicago as default and use Seattle and others as out-of-town jobs. Otherwise I'd recommend Seattle.

I hear Origins 2014 will feature more Shadowrun Missions, and I don't know when the remaining Emerging from the Wasteland missions will become available for purchase.
