Upgrading a Cyberdeck

Okay, so it says that with hardware, you can upgrade a deck, but it... doesn't give a lot of detail on the subject.  I'm curious on the specifics of upgrading its array and device rating, or if I've just missed it somewhere in the book?

I'm sure that this will appear in the 5th ed Matrix Book. So I guess you have to wait for a while or make up some Houserules
